No. Our services are provided at no cost to parents or guardians. If your child has Medicaid, there are no out-of-pocket expenses.
We offer skilled nursing and personal care assistance for children with medical, developmental, or physical challenges, including tracheostomy care, feeding assistance, mobility support, and more.
If your child is under 21, has Medicaid, and needs help with daily living activities (feeding, bathing, mobility, etc.), contact us — we’ll help determine eligibility.

Getting started is simple: contact us to schedule an intake assessment. Our care team will review your needs, help with paperwork, and guide you through the approval process if Medicaid or GAPP funding is required. Approval from GAPP usually takes around 45 days or less.
