We proudly serve children and young adults under 21, with a wide range of medical and developmental needs, including (but not limited to):
- Cerebral Palsy
- Muscular Dystrophy
- Brain Injuries
- Spinal Muscular Atrophy
- Complex Respiratory Conditions
- Tracheostomy and Ventilator Care
- Congenital Abnormalities
- Personal Care Assistance (Activities of Daily Living - ADLs)
- Hospital-to-Home Transitions
We provide FREE in-home skilled nursing or personal care services to individuals who are already eligible for Medicaid (through Katie Beckett or otherwise).
Is your child under 21? Does your child need help with everyday living activities (i.e.) feeding assistance, Incontinence care, transfer assistance, bathing, etc.? Does your Child have Medicaid? If SO, then your child may qualify for 'no out of pocket' in home care services.
