The Georgia Pediatric Program (GAPP) is a Medicaid-funded initiative that provides FREE in-home care for medically fragile children and young adults under the age of 21. Through GAPP, families receive essential support with daily living tasks — right in the comfort of their own home.
Our licensed professionals provide skilled and unskilled nursing care through the In-Home Skilled Nursing Program, based on medical necessity and eligibility.

We understand that each client has unique needs and preferences. Parents are involved with the development of their child’s service plan of treatment along with any service goals. That’s why we create personalized care plans that are tailored to meet the specific needs of each induvial client.
